Loptalogy provides bespoke astrological readings. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of cancellation and the amount of work completed prior to cancellation.
Full Refund — Cancellation within 24 hours
- Eligibility: Customer cancels within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Outcome: Full refund issued to the original payment method.
Pro‑Rata Refund — Cancellation after 24 hours but before delivery
- Eligibility: Customer cancels after 24 hours and before the final PDF is delivered.
- Assessment: Refund amount is determined by the proportion of work completed at the time of cancellation, assessed by the operations team using the order status (calculation complete, draft written, editing complete, design started).
- Outcome: Pro‑rata refund issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
No Refund — After delivery
- Policy: Once the final PDF is delivered to the customer, no refund is available because each reading is bespoke and cannot be resold.
Revisions and Corrections
- Clerical/factual corrections: One free clerical or factual correction is available within 14 days of delivery.
- Substantive reinterpretation: Requests that require significant reworking of interpretive content are treated as paid revisions and priced according to scope.
Exceptions and Fraud Protection
- Fraud or duplicate charges: Verified cases of fraud or duplicate billing will be fully refunded.
- Technical delivery failure: If a delivery email or file fails due to our systems, we will reattempt delivery promptly; refunds may be issued if we cannot successfully deliver.
How to Request a Refund or Revision

Chargebacks and Disputes
- Process: Chargebacks without first contacting Loptalogy may be contested if the order record shows valid delivery and communications. Customers are asked to contact Info@loptalogy.com first so we can resolve disputes directly.
