Loptalogy provides handcrafted astrology readings based on the birth details you provide. All readings are delivered as password‑protected PDF files to the email address supplied at checkout.
We do not offer instant downloads. Delivery times vary depending on the reading type.
4. Accuracy of Information Provided
You are responsible for ensuring that:

5. Delivery of Readings
All readings are delivered digitally. Typical delivery times:
Detailed Horoscope (Tserab Letsey Gaipa): 14–30 days
Brief Horoscope (Tserab Letsey Duepa): 5–10 days
Yearly Horoscope (Kaik Tsee): 5–10 days
Delivery Timescales Loptalogy aims to deliver all personalised Tibetan astrology readings within 1 month from the date of order. During periods of exceptionally high demand or peak seasons, delivery may take up to 2 months. If we anticipate any delay beyond the standard timeframe, we will contact you by email to keep you informed.
Our readings involve detailed, traditional calculations and careful interpretation. These processes take time, and we believe that meaningful guidance is worth waiting for.
Optional Physical Copies
If you would like a printed copy of your reading, this can be arranged separately by emailing info@loptalogy.com. Additional charges may apply. We recommend digital delivery for sustainability.
6. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through WooPayments/Stripe.
We do not store or have access to your card details.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Because each reading is custom‑made, we generally cannot offer refunds once work has begun.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate orders
Technical errors
Failure to deliver the reading within a reasonable timeframe
