That single exchange married two things Jigme cares about deeply — preserving a rigorous, centuries-old tradition and building a dependable, dignified livelihood for practitioners who have trained for five years or more.

Jigme and his co-founders travelled back to the communities and institutes where these students train. They listened to teachers, observed the long apprenticeship model, and spent time with graduates who were brilliant at their craft but had limited routes to reach global clients.
